Goldie Jones is a nonbinary (she/they), Wyoming born writer/director, aerialist, and author with 20 years of experience in commercial production, post production, and animation – and a passion for circus arts.
They’re a serial entrepreneur, having founded the award winning creative agency Subversionz Media as well as Apex Aerial Arts and the Apogee Aerial Dance Festival – Seattle’s first aerial dance festival.
As a screenwriter and filmmaker, their gritty genre stories center characters across the gender spectrum finding the glimmers of hope in the darker places in the world.
They’re a Universal Writers Program Finalist, Stowe Launch Fellow, and WIF Mentee in the Directors Circle and their projects have taken Second Place at Slamdance and Cinequest and reached the Second Round for the Sundance Development Track.
